These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and FilmLaunch AI ("FilmLaunch") and govern your access to the website, app, and APIs (the "Service").

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

You retain all rights to the films, briefs, and other content you submit. You grant FilmLaunch a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service — including routing it to AI sub-processors that generate outputs on your behalf.

AI-generated output

Outputs are produced by machine learning models and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any output before publishing or distributing it. Do not rely on output as legal, financial, or distribution advice.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• No attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• No use that violates third-party rights or applicable export laws.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Credits are non-transferable and, except where required by law, non-refundable.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can cancel any time from your billing settings.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, FilmLaunch disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
